Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate!!!

Here are some chocolate mousse cakes I made at work.

Shark Attack!

This is a cake I made at work today. It's sculpted from angel food cake and decorated with buttercream. We had a ocean theme a few weeks ago and a customer special ordered it.

I was so honored to have taken part in the making of your wedding cake.

The cake was four-tiered. 

The Groom's cake and second tier were chocolate cake layered with orange and yellow Bavarian cream.  

The chocolate cake was special because it had Wilbur's Cocoa in it! Wilbur, PA is  JD's home town. 

The third tier was yellow cake with fresh peaches. 

Lastly, the bottom tier was vanilla cake colored orange with a lemon cream cheese mousse. 

The flowers are Gerber Daises. 

The event was absolutely beautiful.
